Common questions
How long does an invite last?
Invites expire after 15 minutes. No reply means no.
What are gems?
Gems unlock app features only. You can't send, sell or cash them out, and they never buy a date or a reply. Bought gems never expire.
What do Plus and Max cost?
Plus is $12.99 a month. Max is $24.99 a month. Both are billed through the App Store. You can change or cancel them in your Apple subscriptions at any time.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open You, then Settings, then Delete account. Without the app, use the delete page on this site. Your account closes right away and is erased after 30 days.
Who can see my private photos?
Only a match you open them to, for 24 hours or until you stop. Every photo is checked by a moderator before anyone sees it.
What happens when I report someone?
A moderator reviews the report. Reports about threats or violence and may be under 18 are reviewed first. The person you report never learns who reported them.
When is an address shared?
Every plan starts at a public place. A host shares an address only after both people confirm a plan, and only with that one person.
How do you check age?
You enter your birth date when you sign up. You must be 18 or older. We keep your birth date private and show only your age. A failed check is recorded on the device.
