Who we are

ONSN, operated by [legal entity name], [registered address]. This notice explains what we collect when you use ONSN, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

We collect only what the app needs to work.

• Your email address, to sign you in and to send codes, receipts and safety emails.
• Your birth date, once, to check that you are 18 or older. Others see your age, never the date.
• Your approximate location, only while the app is open, to show people nearby. We store a rough area, not a precise point.
• Your name, photos, intent and interests, which you add to your card. A moderator reviews every photo before anyone else sees it.
• Your windows, invites, matches and messages, so the app can deliver them.
• Purchases made through the App Store and RevenueCat. We receive the product, the price and a receipt id, never your card details.
• Reports, blocks and your trusted contact, so we can act on safety issues.
• Device and usage records such as app version, push token and error logs. Logs never contain your email, name, messages or location.

What we never share

Some things stay between you and ONSN, no matter what.

• Your exact location. Other members see a distance range at most.
• Your birth date. Only your age is shown.
• Your private photos, unless you open them to one match, for 24 hours or until you stop.
• An address, until both people confirm a plan, and then only with that one person.
• Your email address or who you report.

Who helps us run ONSN

A few providers process data for us under contract: hosting and storage for the app and photos, Apple and RevenueCat for purchases, an email service for codes and receipts, and the Apple push service for notifications. They act only on our instructions. We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

How long we keep it

When you delete your account, it closes right away and is erased after 30 days. Sign in before then to keep it.

After that, we keep only open reports and billing records for as long as a safety case or the law requires.

Sign-in codes expire within minutes. Invites, windows and plans are kept only as long as they are useful to you.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can:

• Download a copy of everything you gave us, from You, then Privacy, then Download my data.
• Delete your account in the app or on this site, without needing the app.
• Correct your card and settings at any time.
• Object to or limit how we use your data by emailing us. We answer within a month.
